These terms apply to this SODAMATE website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Product purchases are also subject to the price, availability, fulfillment, and other terms displayed during checkout.
What SODAMATE is
SODAMATE™ is a lightweight, reusable, non-insulated beverage-carton carrier designed around two standard 12-packs of 12 oz cans in fridge-pack cartons—24 cans total. Approximate product dimensions are 15.5 inches wide × 10 inches tall × 5.5 inches deep. The product is the bag only; beverages are not included. It is not a cooler, does not actively cool or insulate, and is not represented as waterproof or leakproof.
Safe and intended use
Use only with sealed cartons and permitted contents. Load the bag evenly, close the zipper, and lift it with the reinforced padded carry handles. Do not rely on the rear elastic strap alone to support a fully loaded bag. Inspect the bag, handles, zipper, support board, and contents before use; stop using the bag if damaged. Keep the loaded bag within your control and follow all carrier, venue, cruise-line, port, airline, and security instructions.
Cruise and checkpoint disclosure
SODAMATE does not guarantee that beverages, cartons, or the bag will be accepted onboard or through any checkpoint. Rules vary by cruise line, ship, itinerary, departure port, sailing date, airport, airline, and security authority, and may change without notice. A clear window may help make carton labels visible, but personnel may still require inspection, opening, repacking, surrender, or refusal. Cruise-line and security personnel have final authority.
No cruise-line affiliation
Cruise-line names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. SODAMATE™ and EV PULSE CORPORATION are not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by any cruise line. Links to official policy pages are provided for convenience and do not create an affiliation or guarantee that a linked page applies to every sailing.
Product appearance and claims
Measurements are approximate. Screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing variation may cause colors or details to appear different from the delivered product. Photos showing beverage cartons illustrate intended fit and use; beverage brands are not included and do not sponsor or endorse SODAMATE. Customer experiences and reviews reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee identical results.
Intellectual property
SODAMATE™ is a trademark of EV PULSE CORPORATION. Site text, original photography, graphics, product presentation, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, counterfeiting, or confusing imitation may violate those rights and may result in enforcement or legal action. Nothing on this site grants a license to use SODAMATE intellectual property.
Website availability and third-party services
We may update, suspend, or discontinue site content or features. Links to ecommerce, cruise-line, social-media, shipping, and other third-party services are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its informational content are provided “as is” without warranties not expressly provided with a product or order. EV PULSE CORPORATION is not responsible for cruise-line or security decisions, policy changes, missed travel, beverage confiscation, third-party services, misuse, overloading, or use contrary to these instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, governing law, and contact
