Shipping Policy

At SodaMate™, we ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and affordably.

Shipping Method
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes for reliable nationwide delivery.
Shipping Cost - Customers pay all shipping fees, calculated based on the USPS flat rate box size used, displayed at checkout—no upcharge.
Shipping Locations - We ship within the U.S. For international orders, contact us at info@sodamatebag.com.
Processing Time - Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. 
A confirmation email with tracking will be sent once shipped.  
Important Notes - Correct shipping address is essential; we’re not responsible for incorrect addresses. Once marked “Delivered” by USPS, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages—please file a claim with USPS.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility
Returns accepted within 14 days if: Item is unused, unwashed, in original condition Includes original packaging (if applicable) Proof of purchase provided (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items
No returns for:
Used, damaged, or worn items
Final sale or clearance items
Custom/limited-edition bags (unless defective)

Refunds
Approved returns refunded to the original payment method; shipping costs are non-refundable. Allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping fees; use a trackable service for peace of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days with photos and a description. We will either replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping.
