Shipping Policy

At SODAMATE™, we strive to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and affordably.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate service or another carrier selected by SODAMATE™ at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the order. SODAMATE™ does not add any handling or shipping markup beyond actual shipping-related costs.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@sodamatebag.com.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. SODAMATE™ is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather events, holidays, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SODAMATE™ is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, SODAMATE™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should contact USPS or the applicable carrier to file a claim.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your SODAMATE™ purchase.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within fourteen (14) days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and unwashed

  • The item is in its original condition

  • Original packaging is included when applicable

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return Authorization

Before returning any item, customers must contact SODAMATE™ at info@sodamatebag.com to obtain return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom, personalized, or limited-edition products unless defective

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product and packaging

Upon review, SODAMATE™ may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
